Welcome to Na-ari. Please take a moment to read our terms before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Small-Batch Craftmanship
Every piece at Na-ari is handcrafted with care, one order at a time. As a small business, this personal process means we do not follow mass-production or large inventory practices. Slight variations may occur and are a part of the charm of handmade jewelry.
Orders & Shipping
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Shipping timelines are typically 10-15 working days for the piece in stock from the date of order confirmation.
- Some of our pieces are made on an order basis. These may take approximately 3-4 weeks to ship.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
- We understand that sometimes things may not work out. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, with a deduction towards the labor charges that go into crafting each piece. The balance will be processed once the product is received back in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- In the rare event that your piece reaches you in a damaged condition, we’d be happy to exchange it. To make this possible, we request that you share clear photos and videos of the product at the time of unboxing. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Customized or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are specially crafted for you.
Product Representation
We strive to present all products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings, lighting during photography, and individual device displays, the colors of the actual product may appear slightly different from what you see on screen. These variations are not considered defects.
Custom orders
We inspect every piece before it leaves our studio, but in the rare event that your item arrives damaged:
- Please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of receiving it, along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
